Sasha's Story...
Birthdate: July 28, 2015. Meet Sasha! Sasha was rescued by a farmer when her mother rejected her. Thankfully our professional bottle feeder was able to take her on, and keep her alive and healthy! Sasha is very social with humans, other cats and dogs. Since she was hand raised, she thinks she just might be a human baby herself. She needs a lot of attention!! If you are interested in Sasha, please contact us or see her at our Saturday adoption events 11 am - 4 pm at the Sterling Heights Petco by Lakeside Mall (right next to ToysRUs).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Sterling Heights Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Sterling Heights, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Sterling Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sterling Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sterling Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sterling Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
