Daisy's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

I'm DAISY! I'm a 7 week old full blooded labby. I'm a yellow lab. Both my Momma and Daddy are full blooded labs. The people that had me were giving us away in the back of a jeep, to just anyone. It was 100 degrees and we had fleas all over us and no shots! The nice rescue ladies got me to my foster home and I love it. We have kids and other puppies there and lots of room to run around. But, I need a home! Please look at me and take me home! I'm a sweet girl! I've been working on housebreaking and because I'm working with the other puppies I'm learning housebreaking and basic commands already!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Millington Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Millington, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Millington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Millington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Millington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Millington paves the way for another one to be saved.
