My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BEEBE

5 month old female puppy!  My sister, brother and I were thrown out in a utility box with the top closed on a cold winter night when we were just 6 weeks old. We would've frozen to death but a lady found us and called the rescue.  I've had my shots, I have been fixed and am very healthy. If you look at my pictures you'll see that I had an accident about 2 and 1/2 months ago and fractured my leg (Ouch!) I was in a cast for 4 weeks, but it's all healed now! (x-rays to prove it).  Here's a note from her foster mommy, Susan:

BeeBee is the second puppy from the same litter that I have fostered in the past months. I was a little nervous about how she would adjust to home life because she always seemed to be the most active of the puppies.  The great news is that she is a model citizen and is sharing the house with 3 other dogs and 2 cats.  She is a quiet dog - only barking at things that occasionally scare her (like her reflection in the mirror :)  She walks on a leash and we are working on basic obedience.  She is good at climbing the stairs but is still sorting out how to walk down... she has to decide between scooting down on her belly or dashing down full speed; she likes the belly crawl the best.   I have had her out in my car for rides every day.  She was very good at Tractor Supply, and she goes to the barn with me several times a day.  I always keep her on a leash and she is a good companion.

Anyone looking for a well adjusted dog should look no further.   She will play with the other animals and loves to play tug and chase a ball.  She would love to sleep in our bed, but has accepted living in a crate for night time and when we leave the house.  On top of everything else she has a beautiful gleaming coat, a sparkle in her eye, and when her tail wags her whole body wags with it.  Someone should take her home soon and enjoy this time of her life.

Thanks,  Susan
