Elsa's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Elsa was rescued from Placer County Paws She is approximately 3 months old.  Elsa is a total love bug. She loves cuddling, is sweet, and playful. Elsa is learning to play with the big dogs and interact in a home environment. Elsa will jump in her crate for treats or even just to take a nap. Elsa loves giving kisses. She is very smart and food motivated. Elsa knows sit and is learning other basic commands. We believe her to be a hound and perhaps pointer mix.

She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elsa, a Sacramento Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
