Tig's Story...
Meet this handsome boy Tig. Tig is very calm and gentle boxer mix. He was on the shelter kill list because he is HW positive, but he's currently begun treatment and will be needing a forever home! Tig's foster family says he loves to be petted, enjoys playing fetch and knows how sit and shake! He is also house broken and is good at telling you when he needs outside, what a great dog! This gorgeous boy, Tig, is looking for his forever home! He loves to go for walks! He LOVES people, and kiddos! He is selective on the dogs he likes and would need to be an only dog unless a meet and greet is done first. Who can give this handsome boy a forever home of his own? He has been waiting a while for the perfect family to come along!
Please contact the WSAL if you would love to give Tig his second chance at life and love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tig, a White Settlement Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in White Settlement, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in White Settlement.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in White Settlement already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a White Settlement breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in White Settlement paves the way for another one to be saved.
