My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Zoey, a 3 1/2 year old female Rat Terrier mix that we originally rescued from the County pound. She was very sick, had heart worm and was loaded with fleas. She has long since completed her heart worm treatment successfully, and got over her upper respiratory infection. After all that she was still sick and vomiting. After many x-rays and tests, it turned out she had at some point in her life injested a piece of plastic and finally passed it in her vomit. After that was was as healthy as newborn. she weighs about 17 pounds and is up to date on all her vaccinations and spayed. Her adoption fee is $50. Sadly, last month Zoey was finally adopted to a wonderful family, but it turned out she was too active for their little girls, although she was very friendly and affectionate towards her.
