Here's what the humans have to say about me:
IDGSR WELCOMES BLAKE INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!
Blake is a X-tra long and tall male German Shepherd who was found abandoned on a rural road 30lbs underweight. We believe that Blake should be 90-100lbs. when recovered from his starvation.
He's doing great, eating well and gaining weight now and is happy and feeling joy at a good schedule and routing, but ideally, Blake needs his own family who will love him and care for him.
It is evident someone was not so kind to Blake at some point, he appears to be very shy at first meeting folks but is also a bit hand shy, he wants to trust and love you, and he responds to kindness, affection and love.
Blake gets along fine with another Large female dog and he is a medium energy boy who is compliant and easy to handle, he wants to please you and follow you everywhere, he is a snuggler as well.
If you would like to make Blake a member of your family please copy and paste the link below and apply for Blake.
