Powell was sadly neglected by his owner. Him and his sibling (not biological - Paisley) have had their story covered on our Facebook page. They have made such remarkable progress and through it all, they never lost love and affection for humans.

Update: Powell has had his hearing tested and it was determined that he is deaf. We believe this is why he was neglected so harshly. It is preferred he is adopted by someone with experience with hearing impaired dogs and/or is willing to work with his handicap.
