Hi everyone, my name is Jackie!!! I had a confusing week not too long ago where my owners of 12 years were moving and instead of taking me with decided to me off at the shelter. I got so lucky that this amazing rescue group pulled me and now I am loving life with my foster dad and his crazy 3 border collies. I may be 12 years old, but that is just a number in my mind because I still act like I am a 5 year old border collie. I love to run around, go for walks, but my most favorite thing in the world is to be pet and scratched by any human that will do so. I also like to roll over on my back and ask for belly rubs. There is also this weird hole in the door that my foster dad is trying to get me to go out of, not sure what thats all about but if he keeps telling me to use it I will learn what it is for. I love to go for walks and will make you walk super fast to keep up with me, to the point of my foster dad had to jog to keep up. I do get a little territorial if new dogs come into my house, but my foster dad is working on that with me. If I am the new dog in the house or visiting someone else's house I have no problem and get along great with the current family dogs. I have not been around kids too much, but I do like my foster dads neighborhood kids.....really I look at them like more hands to pet me. If you want a great friend that does not act her age, loves to be pet, loves to cuddle, and is very active than I am the one for you. Will you be the one that enjoys my golden years with me?
