My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sugar is 6 years old; she was born in 2008. She came into rescue when her human daddy passed away. She is completely housebroken. She likes outside a lot but tends to yell at the squirrels. When she is in the house she likes to snuggle in her favorite chair or on your bed. She likes to sleep next her foster cat brother and does not mind if there is another dog on the chair or bed as well. She probably would love kids to run and play with. She is learning to walk on a leash and how to sit pretty. She still needs a lot of work there but is more than willing to learn.
Sugar is active - she would do well in a home with older kids who wouldn't try to pick her up. She handles being picked up fine, but you can see her discomfort with it. She likes activity and loves being with people. She will need a very secure yard - she can be an escape artist. Please email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com for more information on adopting.
