My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ellie
(DOB 4/5/15)
Available Date: 9/12/15

Meet Ellie, a 5 month old, 24 pound female Heeler mix. Ellie was rescued by a good Samaritan when her owners could not care for her.

Ellie is a playful pup with the energy of a growing puppy. She is affectionate, friendly, smart and outgoing. She gets along well with adults, children and other dogs. She loves to play and is eager to learn new things. She will bark at cats, but will leave them alone. She knows some basic commands; sit, leave it, and will wait until given the OK to eat her dinner. She is dog door trained, crate trained, house trained, and leash trained. Ellie loves to go for rides with her foster mom, and tries to assist with the horses.

Ellie is looking for a home with a large fenced yard with lots of room to run and play. Her ideal family would continue with her training, keeping her mind and body busy learning new things. She loves being with people, and would prefer not being left alone all day.

Ellie has been spayed, received her age appropriate vaccinations, microchiped and on flea and heartworm prevention.

Ellie's adoption fee is only $95.
Donations help us keep our adoption fees low and allows us to help more animals in need.

If you are interested in giving Ellie a forever home, please visit our webpage at www.parkerpaws.org and complete an adoption application.
