Rex's Story...
Little Rex, affectionately called T-Rex, is one terrific kitten! In the words of his experienced foster mom, "he may be the sweetest kitten I have ever fostered".
He was found in the middle of a busy road as a tiny kitten and bottle fed by the family who found him. Rex counts eveyone he meets as a friend. He is gentle but playful, getting along well with all of the adult cats in his foster family. He also loves to cuddle up in the evening with his human friends to catch the latest episode of Animal Planet or watch a movie sharing cat nip treats. He has a beaatiful tabby coat, expressive face, and bengal like spots on his belly. He does well with children, adults, and other animals. Rex is ready to share love and be a wonderful companion.
He is litter box trained, up to date on vaccines and neuter will be covered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex, a Bloomsburg Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bloomsburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bloomsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
