My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

According to his foster mom NINO is the PERFECT foster! This means a lot because his foster mom has fostered more than 10 pups in the last year. In addition to being devastatingly handsome, NINO is a true gentleman. He has wonderful manners with every dog he meets. If a dog is grumpy and growls at him, NINO walks away. He enjoys love and cuddles, he isn't into any drama. As of September 10th, he is 16 months old. NINO is house trained, crate trained, perfect in a car, and good on a leash. NINO is one of those true kind and gentle souls; you can see it in his eyes. He will bring immeasurable love and joy to his forever family!

NINO is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
His $300 adoption fee includes his interstate health certificate and transport to Nashville.

All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters.

Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well educated decision from well qualified staff.

Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
