My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rizzo is a beauty! Rizzo was rescued from Animal Control in South Dakota. She is very smart and loving. Enjoys attention and playing with other dogs. She is about 48# and a year old.


She is crate trained and house trained. She is a very good girl who deserves a loving home.


Rizzo is not much of a barker. Her herding instinct makes her a little anxious around out-of-control chldren, so we don't recommend her for children under 5. She gets along with cats and just loves everyone! She is a very easy dog.

This dog's adoption fee is $200 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience.
