Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Toby’s Info: I am already neutered, up to date on shots, good with older children, and good with dogs.
Hi, my name is Toby. I am an 8 pound, 5 year old male Chihuahua mix. I was rescued from the Nye County Shelter and was extremely scared. I did not come out of my crate for 3 days and did not let my foster mom or dad even touch me. Slowly but surely, I have begun to trust and now I am acting like a dog who feels safe and secure. There are still days when I get scared or have my guard up, but for the most part I am doing great. I would love to find a forever home where I can feel safe and loved. My foster mom says I am a great little guy and would make a nice addition to a family willing to give me the time I need to settle in. I like to relax on the couch by my favorite human and I am even starting to play with toys. I sleep in a crate at night (but prefer to sleep in bed next to my foster mom). I am potty trained. I would love to live in a home where someone is home most of the time. Pick me to be your forever buddy! Please call or text my foster mom Tracy at 702-321-0635 to set up a time to meet me.
