Rex's Story...
Hi I'm Rex and I am an 8 pound 2 1/2 year old Yorkie/Pomeranian mix. I came in with Tinkerbell and Shayla. I love people and bond very fast. I would love a home with my friend Tinkerbell, but if we go separate I need another doggy friend or someone who is home often to love on me. Tinkerbell and I could make good therapy dogs with some training. Our favorite thing to do is hang out with people, we have never meet anyone who wasn't an instant friend. If you adopt me alone my fee is $175 but if you take both Tinkerbell and me it will only be $300.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex, a Springfield Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Pomeranian for sale in Springfield, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Springfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Pomeranian breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
