MELVIN's Story...
Leia and Melvin are both absolutely beautiful. They are both around 1 year old. Leia is the white female, and Melvin is the gray male. They are a pair of cats who were originally adopted from the kill shelter. However, after getting them home, it soon became apparent that the children in the household were allergic. The new owners did not want to take them back to the shelter, so they called us to help them find them a new home together. They are both extremely friendly and loving. They are also good with other cats. Melvin is the more outgoing of the two, but Leia does warm up quickly once she feels comfortable. If you would like to meet these two adorable and sweet cats, please email AdoptMeTodayAN@aol.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MELVIN, a Las Vegas Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
