Bender's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bender's Story...
Bender is a 1 year old, 12 pound Schnauzer boy who came to us very matted! He needed to be shaved down which is why he looks a little "nekkid" in his pictures! Don't worry that beautiful fur will grow back! Bender is housebroken, likes to play with toys and loves tummy rubs. He's a very sweet boy who is snuggly but not "needy". He does fine with most dogs but can get a bit grumpy with other dogs. He'd probably do best as an only dog or in an experienced home that can introduce them slowly. Bender is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once his adoption is finalized. If you'd like to add Bender to your family please visit our website and fill out an application. www.goofyfootrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bender, a Allentown Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
