****ANOTHER LIFE SAVED! WENT TO A CARING RESCUE GROUP**** Help!!!!! Our dog pound is full! Available for adoption as of 6-18-08. Alvin is approx. 4 years of age and weighs 36 pounds. He is a very handsome merle colored australian shepherd mix. Alvin is a great dog and companion. He just wants to be your buddy :) He is very happy and friendly dog - gets along with everyone! He just needs a new loving owner and a place to call home. Alvin has a wonderful personality, playful/active, healthy, loves affection, loves his hugs/kisses and belly rubs, cooperative, eager to please, likes to be around people, good on a leash, enjoys daily walks/playing outside and gets along with other dogs. He would do best in a home with older children and will need daily exercise outdoors. Alvin would make an exceptional family pet or loyal companion for someone living alone. He would make a great walking partner or play buddy for another dog. If you are looking for a medium sized dog, Alvin would be a great choice! Come in and meet Alvin in person to see if he is the right dog for you or your family. He deserves a second chance at a good life and needs to find his new loving home soon!
