Cherry is one of nine puppies from our "firecracker" litter. Their mother, MVP Flower, was pulled from the shelter very pregnant and gave birth in one of our loving foster homes on July 2, 2015. Their mother is an extremely sweet, social dog, was a great mommy and her puppies are just as awesome. These puppies have had the best start in life and will be great in any home, including one with kids, cats and other dogs. They have known nothing but love and guidance since their first breath! Cherry is a very out going puppy. She loves to run around and play, but when she is done playing though she loves to cuddle with you!
We send our puppies out to their foster homes in pairs to continue proper dog etiquette and socialization on top of what their foster families provide. They are learning all about crate training, potty training, leash skills and basic manners, including sit. It will be on the new family to continue what we have started! A current dog or terrier/working breed experience preferred.
Cherry is ready for preapproval! They will all be spayed and neutered in late September and will be ready to go home soon afterwards. Once approved, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $250 at the time of the home visit. <p> All MVPC dogs are heart worm tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate trained and on a great potty training schedule.
ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25 except on a case by case basis. Because we are volunteer based and a home visit is required, we have a two hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions, though rare, may be made on a case by case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
