My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ROSE, 10 yr old, ADORES KIDS, swimming, jogging & giving kisses!

Boston Suburbs – Billerica, MA - Meet ROSE, formerly known as Diamond, a very affectionate and playful 10 year old Pit Bull/Lab Mix who is 60 lbs. of love. Rose once belonged to a great family, who sadly, were evicted and Rose found herself homeless and surrendered to a city shelter. A loving foster home stepped up for her, but it is not the right home for Rose, as she and the resident dogs do not get along and we are avidly seeking a new home for this special girl.

Here is what Rose’s foster mom tells us about her:
“Rose likes to give TONS of kisses and just wants to be your best friend. She is dog selective, and would prefer to be your one and only girl. Rose is very smart and likes to be right by your side, whether it be jogging, swimming, pulling weeds from the garden, or watching TV. Rose ADORES KIDS, and gets so very excited to see the little boy in her foster home get up in the morning and begin the day with activities. Whatever the agenda, Rose thinks it’s a great idea. We’re going for a ride? Great idea! We’re going to take a nap? Great idea! This is a girl who will connect with your
heart and soul and really be your very best friend. Please give Rose a chance to have
a family of her own to love!” Contact AmsterDog at amsterdog@gmail.com for more info on Rose.

Rose is up to date on shots and microchipped, housebroken and trained. Rose has a sponsor who is willing to cover her adoption fee and the first three months of food and a wellness vet visit too!
