Poppa/Chupalupa is a sweet old man with special needs. He is 10-12 years old and weighs 14 lbs. Sadly his owner, who still loves him, cannot take care of him anymore and has had to surrender him. Poppa is a little slow, his hind legs are weak but he trots along behind his person as best he can and is a really good natured little guy. He gets along well with other dogs. He has hypothyroidism. He likes to be loved and petted and enjoys using his doggie stroller when he's not feeling too energetic! He would do best with a patient person who could establish a routine (which he needs) and provide him with a place where he can live out his golden years in a loving home. He really needs someone who is home much of the day as he needs company and needs to be checked on periodically. He is truly a special little guy with special needs.
