Dexter's Story...
It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to this bundle of awesomeness we call Dexter. Dexter is thought to be part lab mixed with maybe border collie, maybe boxer, but only time will tell. All we do know for sure is that he is one hunk of a puppy! How a handsome guy like this finds himself in a high kill shelter on the euthanasia list is beyond us, but the phrase "One man's trash is another man's treasure" certainly comes to mind. And what a treasure he is!! Dexter has a wonderful personality and loves to run and play almost as much as he likes to snuggle. He also likes to sleep tummy up which we think is an awesome puppy quality! He is currently being fostered in the Memphis area in a home with 2 adult dogs, 1 cat, and other foster puppy friends. His foster family says he's a very popular guy at their house and they're enjoying every minute of their time with him. If Dexter seems like a good fit for your family and is what you've been looking for then please contact us today. His adoption fee is $450 which includes neuter, microchip, 2 rounds of shots, all pertinent vetting and transport to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dexter, a Greenfield Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Greenfield, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Greenfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
