Blue Bell's Story...
Blue Bell is a senior poodle newly arrived at PRH due to the unfortunate circumstance of her owner's illness. This 14 year old girl is pretty and sweet, and she needs a big-hearted adopter to help make her last few years wonderful.
If you are that special person, please contact us at PRHInfo1@gmail.com. Blue Bell will be adopted out to the right qualified adopter without charge.
Come by Poodle Rescue of Houston any day to meet this great dog and many others - the best time to visit is between 9-4:30.
All the dogs are spayed/neutered, current on shots, and parasite / heartworm checked (and treated if positive). All dogs are trained to use a doggie door. Adoption Fees vary. Please see our website: www.poodlerescueofhouston.org for complete info on our organization and directions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blue Bell, a Houston Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
