My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you have a warm lap and a soft hand, meet Angelina, a 6 year old chihuahua. Her name suits her delicate 8 pound stature and gentle nature. She is low key and very sweet, and enjoys snuggling on the couch after a nice walk. Angelina gets along well with the foster dogs in her new home and enjoys playing in the grass with them. She is doing a good job learning to sit and has been quickly picking up on the routine of going outside. Angelina was picked up as a stray and has been through many transitions in the past weeks; she is nervous when home alone or in a crate. She is looking to become a special companion and loyal friend.

Angelina is being fostered in Lunenburg.

The adoption fee is $350.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
