Andy is an adorable combination of rat terrier and hound mix — with his sweet dad's coloring and his mom's fantastic ears! How can you resist him? This precious 9-week-old baby is very loving and loves to play and cuddle with his siblings and his foster family. Andy has been with loving fosters since birth and would be a wonderful addition to any family with children or other pets. He has had two rounds of shots and been wormed.
