My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amaya is a 2-3 year old female Akita who was removed from a multiple dog neglect situation by humane officers in MS. Amaya is quiet, gentle, and affectionate. She does well with most male dogs that are easygoing. Amaya will need some work on leash, and a brush up on her commands. When first meeting Amaya she is reserved but with a few cookies she will warm right up.
This gal has a lot of potential in the right hands, she is willing to please, loves to give soft kisses, and is a joy to be around.
Please no cats for Amaya.
