Napoleon's Story...
Hi there! My name's Napoleon! Right now i am doing kitty heel clicks at being back inside! I don't know why, but my last owner tossed me out to fend for myself. I found my way to a feral colony where some other homeless kitties were being fed, and lucky for me the caretaker realized how friendly I was and asked St. Francis for help. Help they did! My foster mommy is just getting to know me, but so far she has noted that i am quite a cuddle bug, and that I am great with children! I also LOVE laps!! I think they are warm and soft and they give me a feeling of love and security. I hope to find my forever lap soon! Love, Napoleon

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Napoleon, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
