Hi my name is Emmy. I am a spayed female that’s been declawed so I should be kept indoors. I have a funny little stub for a tail. its very sensitive so I don’t really lie it touched. But I won’t get upset if you do. My nickname is “closet kitty” because I spend a lot of time in the cupboard under our kitchen sink. I like to talk a lot and I’m told I’m kinda loud. Sometimes I’m asking for a little drink of milk and sometimes I just like to visit. I occasionally like a Temptation snack or a bite of left over meat or chicken. I get along with other pets and small kids. I like to give little kisses when my Mom is in bed or lying on the couch. I’d enjoy meeting you and I would hope you enjoy meeting me too,

About Pet Paw-see

About Our Rescue Group...

The Pet Paw-see is an entirely volunteer organization made up of people passionate about animal welfare. We take in unwanted, stray, injured and owner turn-in pets. All of our animals are given a vet check, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and any other medical needs addressed prior to being available for adoption. They are all put into either foster care or boarding. We are also allowed to keep up to 8 cats at a time at our local Petco Store. They built our group a cat habitat in the store for viewing and meeting our cats.

In addition to rescue and adoptions, we are very active in education on responsible pet ownership, trap neuter release of feral cats, a senior cat for senior adult program, and food drives for low income pet owners.

Come Meet Our Pets...

The local Petco Store has allowed our group to partner with them in promoting responsible pet care and adoption. We have an adoption event every Saturday in their store for our animals. We also have all of our animals on our website. In addition, we print photos of our animals and leave them in binders at all the local veterinary clinics.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an adoption application. This application is reviewed, references checked and approved or not. A home check is done for the dogs to ensure there is a fenced yard and shelter. Occasionally a home check is done for cats if there are concerns. All adopters must fill out and sign a contract. If the animal does not work out for any reason, we insist it is returned to us. The fee for cats is $75. Dogs range from $80-$100 depending on if the dog is a pure breed or not. We require the animal is cared for and has regular vaccinations. If we feel a dog will be chained or a cat will be allowed to go outside, this is cause for a refusal.
