We have another Stunner, this Boy is BONES a gorgeous Weimaraner/Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix. Bones weighs in at approx 75lb he is 13 Months old, and has the most wonderful temperament and beautiful features. Bones is blessed with stunning good looks, gorgeous white teeth, a beautiful black super shiny coat, he has gorgeous soulful amber eyes that just melt your heart. BONES`S story starts here )))Bones is one of 9 pups that came into rescue last year, His mommy is a purebred Blue Weimaraner and daddy is a purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bones is the only pup to not have had the greatest of luck Bones was adopted as a 12 week old pup his owners husband fell ill and she had very little time for Bones he was stuck in a crate for long hours we brought him back into rescue he was timid had no confidence We worked with Bones and gradually he regained confidence and had a lot of playmates to entertain him, Bones was ready for adoption and we had a lady that missed out on the first set of pups she came forward for Bones and had all the right setting sadly she had 2 small children and again Bones did not have the interaction he needed he was bored and even got out from the home and went missing for a short while. Bones is back with us now and he is just the super boy we adopted out. All our dogs have a lot of interaction, Bones isnt just handsome he has a wonderful temperament. It is difficult for people to see him as a pup because he is so large but this boy needs someone that is going to spend time with him and really make him part of a family.Bones is very active so we have placed him in one of our foster homes that has plenty of activity and other dogs for him to play with. He is currently living the life of what a pup should expect. Bones has lots of energy he just loves to run and play with all the others, he gets along with other dogs. He is a llittle shy at first and no wonder with all the changes We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for him. A home that will give him stability and security and active life he needs This boy is so lovable he deserves a family that will give him the love and attention he deserves. Bones will warm to you and just melt your heart. He does have a lot of the Weimy traits and loves to be around you. he likes the dog parks, he knows commands sit & down, he is energetic, fun and playful. Like most Weimaraners he likes car rides and he is excellent in the car. We have not crated Bones and we would be looking for a family that will not crate him At night time he will sleep on a sofa or a bed however he is more Weimy and just loves to sleep on your bed he loves to be close to his humans that he trusts. If you dont like a dog on your furniture Bones is not for you he likes home comforts Bones is housebroken. He will come when called. its so hard not to fall in love with this boy And its very difficult to find anything negative to say about him. Bones is Neutered, current on all vaccinations he is micro.chipped and up to date on monthly prevention. he is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to relax in the home. We are looking to find Bones a wonderful forever home where he can have stability. Structure and security in his life. We are looking for a forever home that can cherish him and give him the love and attention he needs, A family that is really stable and can give him that forever home that means forever we don't ever want to see this boy back in rescue. A family that will include him in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect Bones will shine with the right interaction. Someone that is at home most of the day would be perfect for Bones like most Weims they dont like to be apart from you for hours on end. A home with a FENCED in yard or acreage where he can run and play is ESSENTIAL. Another dog is also Essential for him to play with a female would be perfect he loves the ladies. To see this boy run he is magnificent. Bones is good with children but we are looking for a home without any young children an older family is required someone that has the time to devote to this boy that has been robbed of attention in his early months. We would prefer someone that is familiar with the Weimaraner breed or a current Weimaraner owner. The weimaraner breed is not for everyone they are unique and Bones has a lot of the Weimaraner traits.
