Cynthia's Story...
M15-164 Cynthia
Well, I got lost or dumped or something. I don't really know. I was terrified when I couldn't find my way home. I hung out in the neighborhood, but was scared to go with just anyone. Then a nice young lady said she could help me, so I let her take me to a Magicat home. It's way better than on the street. I'm a white and gray short haired tabby, 8 months old, very healthy. I'm also pretty, sweet tempered, affectionate and smart. Got a great purr, and I got HOPE, too! I'm now spayed - thank goodness - negative for FIV/FELV, and almost done with my shots. I have cat friends here and am remembering how to play. My foster mom says I'll be ready about September 30. I'd love to be an INSIDE ONLY kitty with a safe, gentle Forever Family. I think I'd be okay with friendly dogs and respectful children. Maybe there's a responsible young person who'd like a New Best Fur-ever friend. If you think it might be you, you can send an adoption application on the website: or send an email: or leave a message at 208-543-6193. I will be at Twin Falls PetSmart soon - stop by and visit me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cynthia, a Buhl Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
