Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Georgia (HWTH#15394A). She is a Pit mix, DOB: 7/19/15. Georgia weighs approximately 12 pounds. She was born to a stray dog that was wandering in Lake L.A. Now that the pups have been weaned they have been relinquished to Halfway to Home so they can find the wonderful Forever homes they deserve. The puppies are precious, adorable, entertaining, and very sweet. However, they are puppies and chew and pee and poop and prospective adopters must be prepared to deal with untrained, very young dogs. Georgia and litter mates will be available for adoption soon at the Palmdale PetSmart (next door to Trader Joe's).
The pups have been at their foster home less than one week and have become quite comfortable living with the 16 big dogs at the house. They now play with several of the younger dogs (it's more like they harass the bigger dogs).
Photo 1 shows Georgia. Photo 2 shows three of the siblings and one of the adult permanent residents at their foster home.
Photo 3 shows the pups enjoying an afternoon nap on their first day at their foster home. Photo 4 shows the babies and their momma less than 48 hours after they were born.
For more information on Georgia or her precious litter mates (Giselle, Grant, Garth, Gavin), please contact Suzanne at tele # 661-824-4495.
