Lilly's Story...
We would like you to meet Lilly.
Lilly is a beautiful 4 year old pure bred black lab. Lilly had a very sad life of over-breeding. When she no longer could or wanted to produce babies anymore, her "owners" threw her away. Luckily, we were the ones to catch her.
Lilly is a very active girl. She is very sweet, and loves to cuddle. Lilly is good with other dogs and absolutely LOVES kids. Lilly knows all her basic obedience but will need a patient owner that is willing to help her understand how to walk on a leash, that is really her only fault. She is working on potty training but her foster parents report she hasn't had an accident in a few days!! Lilly is your typical lab and she is looking for a family to love her!
If you have room in your home and heart to give Lilly the life she always deserved. Please email adoptions.bc4paws@gmail.co

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Oxford Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Oxford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
