Meet Charlie! This handsome boy was discarded at the shelter...why? We'll never know. But what we do know is he's everyone's new best friend. This social fella loves people, other dogs and would even do well in a home with kids. Charlie is a playful guy and would benefit from regular outings and walks with his new family.

Charlie is a 1 1/2 year old Cavilier mix, about 15 lbs.
