Layla is an incredibly sweet girl. She loves to snuggle and play and is incredibly gentle. She was born without a tail, but has not let that slow her down. She runs and plays with her litter mates, but when a person is around she would most like to be snuggling in your lap.
She will have ongoing medical needs due to some issues that are likely related to her not having a tail. She is incredibly susceptible to UTI's and will most likely continue having them off and on throughout her life. Layla needs to find a home with someone who is aware and willing to monitor her health as well as understand that sometimes she may not make the litterbox because of these issues. That being said, Layla could go on to have a long and happy life with the right care. At foster events she is the first kitten everyone falls in love with due to her amazing disposition. She is friendly towards dogs, cats and children.
Layla will need ongoing treatment but needs help finding her forever home. 4 Paws 4 Rescue stepped up to the challenge because they believe that there are no lost causes. She would have likely been euthanized at animal control without their help. An experienced adopter and home owner would be the ideal fit for this precious angel. She will be so grateful and loving and her potential family will wonder how their home could have ever been complete without her there.
Layla will be at adoption events held by 4 Paws 4 Rescue which are usually held every Saturday in Manchester Missouri at Petsmart at 141 and Manchester road from 11am-4pm
