I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Oh sweet, beautiful Nickey...Nickey has been with us since Memorial weekend when she was pulled from a local shelter and it turned out that she was pregnant AND had some neurological damage from head trauma. Sweet Nickey's puppies were adopted and now she is ready for her forever home. Nickey is sweet and loving and gets on well with everyone and everything! We would love for her to go into a home where she will be doted on and spoiled rotten!!! Nickey has come a long way in her rehabilitation, but she will need to remain in a calm environment without any, or limited stairs. Nickey is a little hard of hearing and sometimes still stumbles, so a home without little children is a must. This is what Nickey's wonderful foster Mom says about her:
"My nickname is Momma because I like to take care of all the other animals around me. I'm not even fussy because I bathe my big foster brother and the baby kittens. I am old enough that I don't worry about my figure with all that running/hiking stuff! My Foster mom tells me, I have earned my days of leisure. I do have some special needs left over from my old life, but I don't even think about it. My favorite things to do are chew on moose antlers, lay on the couch resting my head on your lap, and sitting on the porch people watching. So do you have any moose antlers?"
You must be over 21 and a home owner to adopt me. Please visit www.pittiesandpurrs.org to fill out an application. For further information contact firstname.lastname@example.org
