Sally is like the song a boy named Sue, only its not a boy named Sue but a cat named Sally who is a boy or male feline. What a tough load but this cat can bear it, just like the guy in the song. He's very playful (see video) and just about as handsome as handsome gets. He is friendly to all visitors at his cage, he's just tired of living in it!
