GreenLee's Story...
GreenLee is an active, sturdy boy about 12 weeks old. He is very outgoing and friendly with all animals and people. Since he has had the opportunity of playing with kittens much bigger and smaller than him, he knows when to be gentle and when he can indulge his 'tough wrestler' personality. Favorite activities include playing with mice and jingle ball toys, and cuddling with his foster mom under the bedcovers. This happy boy would do best in a busy home with at least one cat/dog/child that is dedicated to keeping his need for attention satisfied. .

If you are interested in adopting, please contact the foster, Linda M. at 419-380-2449.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GreenLee, a Toledo Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
