CASPER's Story...
CASPER is a 10-12 year old Terrier who was found on a deserted back country road near a well pad in the Deersville area. When he was found, he was wearing a ratty old sweater which looked like it had been on him forever, he was covered in fleas, missing a lot of fur; there were red sores all over his body and his nails had grown into the pads of his feet. CASPER was taken straight to the vet where he was cared for for a few days and then he came to the pound looking and feeling better. He is now being treated for a yeast infection all over his skin. His appetite is hearty and his personality is beginning to shine thru. This little dude deserves to spend his golden years surrounded by love and luxury, not as unwanted stray at a county dog pound. Please consider adding this sweet little boy to your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CASPER, a Cadiz Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Cadiz, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Cadiz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cadiz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cadiz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cadiz paves the way for another one to be saved.
