Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Santini was born March 2015 in a junk yard. He was caught by authorities, taken to safety and is now with CRSD. This long haired, little blond boy is under 7 lbs and is demonstrating that he is a smart little boy, who is taking extremely well to being in a home. He is learning various commands, including "sit" already, and also understands when you correct him and tell him what behavior is more appropriate and preferred. It's like he has been waiting for his forever home where he can learn from you, his pack leader! He is taking very well to crate training, and he loves the other animals, and is also a very cuddly, calm boy. He actually has both a playful and a calm side.....the best of all worlds! He will roll around and push his little body into you when he's happy to see you when you get home from work, but he will also sit calmly and quietly on your lap at a restaurant, and will also sit and wait with you at a stoplight when you are taking him on a walk. He loves riding in the car, and will sit calmly next to you, or on your lap and look inquisitively out the window......but also give you little kisses because he is so happy to be with you. He loves being held, but he will also sit all by himself calmly if you are busy doing other things at home. He also already understands chewies like greenies or bully sticks so it will be easy to keep his teeth in good shape. Are you the one with the patience and love to show him how to be the best little dog ever?
