My name is Herbie. I love people and getting attention. I had a rough start in life but I am a bundle of fun and energy now and I am ready to find a family to love me and spoil me! I am blind in my left eye, but I don't let that slow me down a bit. I have very sensitive skin that needs regular treatments to keep it healing. My fur is growing in now and as my skin gets better and better my fur will too! I am being fostered by a family in Libertyville who can tell you all about me.
