Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Chloe :) Sweet Sweet Chloe. Mamma also calls me Pretty. I like that too. So a little about me ... I was a stray, nobody knows how long I was on my own. I was finally coaxed into coming close enough to be leashed, after a few weeks, by some friendly people at the campground I was hanging out at. They contacted rescue for help and here I am! That's how I met Mamma and Dad and Sissy. They have their adopted boy Master Douglas and my foster brother Little Ollie.
When I arrived they took me to the vet right away. He thinks I'm about 2 years old, and ubber cute ;) I have an injured paw and they were worried I might need surgery. They took x-rays and I did break my paw, but it was lined up and healing perfectly on it's own so no surgery needed, just no big jumps for now! I did get my shots, microchip and I've been spayed. Mamma said something about no babies. I'm OK with that!
So back to me being a stray ... Mamma thinks that I might have been on my own for a long time because I just want to love on everyone at every chance I get. I love meeting new people and dogs. Mamma says I'm very calm and polite when I do but she thinks I would be happier being the only dog in your house that way I could get all your love and attention! Mamma says I would do great at dog parks or during doggie play dates, because I really do get along well with other dogs. I know to ask for the door if I need to go out. If you hear me whine that means I need to go and if I bark then you better hurry! Mamma puts me in the crate when they go to work, and I'm usually asleep in there when they come home. We've been working on my manners, and Mamma says I'm getting a lot better and I'm also doing well walking on the leash. My new furever family will have to continue working with me to teach me things but I lesrn quickly and will do anything for a treat. Mamma says I'm a lot like orphan Annie. She says we've both had a hard knock life so ... Will you be my Mr. Warbucks?
