My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PUPDATE 3-22-2016: Kris is 8 months old now- and cute as a BUTTON!! Her ears up just like her momma's now. She is about 90% house trained and she is cage trained as well. She is affectionate with all the dogs in her foster home but 65lb Pointer JD is her favorite playmate. I don't think she will be any larger than 30lbs.

PUPDATE: Kris has moved to the Chicago suburbs. SHE IS SO SWEET!!!!!!! What a nice puppy. DNA testing on his brother Rizzo (who is just as sweet and in his forever home) states Am Staff, Border Collie, Shar Pei and some other breeds in the mix. I can see maybe see a little Shar Pei in the mix but wonder if her daddy was a smaller sheltie. She does herd the other dogs away from her toys!! Kris has a lot of potential as Rookie of the year-- and will make a wonderful family pet. She will probably be around 30lbs full grown.

Momma Matilda and Momma Thelma were saved from overcrowded shelters in Alabama in August just in the nick of time. Matilda’s litter has 6 boys and 1 girl and Thelma’s litter has 5 boys and 1 girl. When we moved them to foster care in Ohio, they decided to co parent and sharing We LOVE Super Mutts in this rescue!!

Due to possible tick borne disease infections, we are only looking for foster to adopt homes that must be on board with our life saving INFECTED LITTERS program-- PLEASE READ!! It is not their fault they are infected but you can be for damn sure that we will be on top of any infections so that they will live long and healthy pain free lives. The puppies are being fostered by a wonderful family in Kentucky and the foster daddy is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine doing his best to learn better testing and treatment methods-- YAY!

This is what a foster momma said about her rescue tested and treated for tick borne disease compared to her previous litter (her husband is also a vet which fully supports what we are doing here) -- THE COUNTRY BUMPKINS VIDEO , "After struggling to keep my last rescued litter and momma dog alive, I can't believe how healthy these pups are now that they've been undergoing treatment. The momma of this litter is positive for Lyme, Ehrlichia, and RMSF but they are all doing so wonderful!! The last litter, which was never treated because we were just clueless about tick diseases, never talked like this, they were never this strong or active, the difference is unbelievable!!"

Puppies will be ready to move to foster to adopt October 3rd through October 10th.
