Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing Peppermint, one of the three cutest puppies ever! She and her two sisters were born right here at The Pet Rescue Center. Our staff found their mommy Pixie at a crowded shelter where she was at risk of euthanasia. We brought her home with us and had her examined by our veterinarian. Imagine our surprise when she informed us that Pixie was pregnant. The puppies made their debut just a short time later. Momma is a 35 Lb. Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix, but we believe the puppies will be a bit larger than she is. Watching the puppies grow has been such a delight and joy for our entire team and now that their old enough, finding wonderful homes for our girls is our priority. Peach is very active and sweet-natured. She will need a home willing to provide ample training and exercise. All three pups have been in a wonderful foster home that has started them out on the right foot and provided tons of socialization. Peppermint is sure to make a wonderful addition to any home. If your family is looking to add a new puppy to the mix contact The Pet Rescue Center today to meet Peppermint!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
