Emily's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Emily's Story...
I was adopted as a kitten last year. I was recently returned because the adopter had no time for me.

I am just as beautiful inside as I am outside. I am active, content and low-maintenance. I prefer kibble food over wet canned food. I LOVE being held and petted, especially around my ears! I get along with other cats and people of any age!

Emily is spayed, litterbox trained, is up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. She is approximately two years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emily, a Colmar Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
