My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little stray was so sweet we just had to name her "Honey". She came to LRHS mostly blind. Her existing eyes were puffy, white, gooey and seriously infected, so much so that they needed to be surgically removed. Honey will be getting her stitches out any day now and is available for adoption as of today! Her adoption fee of $175 has been fully sponsored by a caring donor and LRHS is actively seeking a home that will be understanding of her disability and provide her with a calm and loving forever home. Sometimes people need a seeing eye dog, sometimes dogs need a seeing eye human. Honey is smart, loving and happy despite the odds that have been stacked against her.
