Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stretch is a very sweet boy that has had a tremendous amount of trauma in his little life. He needs a calm loving home that he can count on to always be there for him. He is a very good boy and very loyal.

Stretch came to Skyway Dachshund Rescue after he was found by a neighbor in Stretch's previous home. His owner had passed away and Stretch stayed by his side by what is estimated to have been several days.

Stretch was taken to animal services where he was checked out and spent a couple of weeks being cared for and observed. He seems to be adjusting very well, is healthy and is thriving in foster care. We would love for him to have a very, very happily ever after in his furever home. The poor baby has been through so much... are you his furever family?
