My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe will happily lounge and purr for hours if she was being petted the whole time. Phoebe will screech and turn to make sure every part of her body can get to enjoy the awesomeness of a cat massage. She is gentle, affectionate and super chill. This baby girl would love any time to be snuggle time. She actually melts in your hands, and is always ready for cuddles. This stunningly beautiful girl has been known to follow her foster mama throughout the house, the whole time chatting away, explaining about her life and the misfortune/fortune that had lead her here.
Phoebe dreams of a quiet home, of a kind and loving guardian. She dreams of somebody who would love her and who she can love back, somebody to have deep and meaningful conversations about literature and art (her favorite topics!).
Phoebe would like a situation opposite of the one she got rescued from- a crowded NC kill shelter, where she was abandoned, scared and confused… and then almost killed because she caught a cold from a neighbor cat.

Phoebe is up to date on vaccinations, is spayed, and has tested negative for FELV/FIV.
