found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Poppy is one special girl who is looking for one super special forever home!
Poppy is a small girl, only around 20-30 pounds, and we believe she might be a Beagle mix of some sort. Poppy is a spayed female, around 5 years old!
Poppy is looking for a super special home because she has a few special needs herself. Poppy has neurological issues that require her to have a home that will be patient and loving with her. It's unknown exactly what her neurological issues are (but if you contact FAHS they can give you more information) but she doesn't let it slow her down! Poppy sometimes walks a little funny and may on occasion have an accident in the house if she is having trouble, but she is still just as loving and playful as any other dog! Poppy is a very special girl with a smile that will light up your life! You won't regret giving this beautiful little girl a forever home, not for even a minute.
Because of Poppy's neurological issues we think she'd do best in a home without small children for Poppy's safety, but she may do well in a home with a calm dog or cat who won't mind her issues. If you are interested in giving Poppy her forever home please contact the Florence Area Humane Society today!
