Geenie's Story...
Genie is a Very sweet and playful cat. Not very vocal but does love belly rubs and ensures she receives them by dropping at your feet belly up. Who can resist this peach blossom? Her date of birth is 12/30/2011.
After trying several cat foods, she responds best to salmon.
She loves her metallic crunchy balls! She tosses them into the bathtub and chases them around the house. She's also a very talented catcher, as she waits for you to toss them in the air and jumps up a couple feet to catch them!
She's an excellent groomer, so she does need a little Laxatone (she really likes the catnip flavor) a couple times a week to prevent hairballs.
She does best with scent-free and dust free litter.

She does not do well with dogs.
She is friendly with strangers and allows them to pet her.
She does not enjoy being carried, but will allow herself to be picked up to be moved.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Geenie, a Burbank Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
